One of the items that is being reported as "evidence" by the media is an alleged photo, or video that shows the either one or both of the Tsarnaev brothers dropping a bag at one of the explosion sites. If that is truly the case, then this investigation should be open and shut.
So where exactly is this video or image that keeps getting reported? I keep seeing news reports like the video above, and this one from Yahoo News:
Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick on Sunday revealed more information about the crucial moments before the bombs exploded at the Boston Marathon, killing 3 and injuring at least 180.
Speaking on "Meet the Press," the governor said surveillance video from the attack shows one suspect dropping his backpack and calmly walking away before the bomb inside exploded. It clearly puts 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev at the scene of the attack, he added.Awesome! So we've seen actual video of the Tsarnaev brothers walking down the sidewalk, along with a number of other people with backpacks or bags. Yet a video that is supposed to be very damning, that ACTUALLY shows one of the subjects setting his bag down doesn't get shown, and is only reported on?
Look, I believe this kid is probably guilty, but we should all be suspicious of an alleged video that the press is reporting on, but is not letting us see.
