Why can't all schools do this? Indiana school chosen for first-of-its-kind security system... In 2014!

Instead of pointless gun control legislation that will literally do nothing to prevent mass shootings, why can't school districts do what Sheriff Mike Kersey did in Indiana, and equip schools with state of the art technology to increase response times for active shooter situations?

This video was created back in 2014. Why are we looking at background checks and bump stocks now, when something like this could do far better at keeping our kids safe?
