In a quiet Executive Order signed a week ago, Trump targeted specific individuals with connections to the Clintons & Clinton Foundation for confiscation of assets of those engaged in corruption and human rights violations. It looks like a RICO style confiscation of the assets of organized crime as a precursor to coming after the people running the racket.
