Carter Page a ‘walking wiretap’ under FISA surveillance

The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee believes the FBI broke criminal statutes when it sought a FISA surveillance warrant for Donald Trump's former advisor Carter Page. Rep. Devin Nunes made the allegations in a letter Thursday to Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
