There’s No Such Thing As “Free Trade”

As the EU threatens USA with retaliation on Harley Davidson motorcycles, Trump doubles down, saying if they do that, he’ll put a 25% tariff on cars from Europe (where they already tax American cars at 4x’s the rate we tax European cars.  Will there be a trade war? Who will win?
