New IG report reveals that DOJ shut down an investigation of the Clinton Foundation & a “suspicious foreign donor” that was going on in LA, NYC, DC & Little Rock — just 3 months before the election AND did it verbally.  And, the rats have jumped ship and are ratting each other out in a kind of circular firing squad.
