Is Mueller pursuing a sham criminal case?

A Russian company accused of interfering in the 2016 US presidential election requested a federal judge look into whether or not the prosecutor is pursuing a sham criminal case. Concord Management and Consulting will ask the court to dismiss conspiracy charges.
