Texas Sues Trump Adm To Stop DACA

DACA is not a law, not an executive order.  FORMER DHS Secretary Napolitano merely wrote a memo but activist federal judges pretend neither President Trump nor the current DHS Sec can change it and enforce the law.  And, Ted Cruz’s Democrat opponent wants to have debates in Spanish, not English.
