Trump spars with top Democrats over border wall funding

President Trump had a heated meeting with Democratic leaders Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi in the White House Tuesday, arguing over funding for the proposed border wall. The president said he would be willing to shut down the government to get funding.
