Patriot Nurse reviews the case of a first generation American turned jihadist.  Born to parents who were given citizenship from the war torn country of Yemen, Hoda Muthana joined up with the ISIS caliphate, called for terrorist acts against America, and now wants to come home, despite renouncing allegiance to the United States, plegding allegiance to ISIS and advocating for the slaughter of Americans, as well as giving aid and comfort to our enemy.
