Atlanta, Ga. – Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund Chairman Jenny Beth Martin released the following statement today, reacting to Neomi Rao’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“We cannot imagine a more qualified nominee to serve on the DC Circuit than Neomi Rao. She showed today why she will be another outstanding judge. Despite the decision by Senate Democrats, once again, to stoop to bullying tactics in an attempt to obstruct the process, Ms. Rao demonstrated how she will fairly apply the law and honor the Constitution. We look forward to the Senate confirming her as soon as possible.”
