Trump Will Ask for $8.6 Billion For Border Wall Funding In 2020 Budget

President Trump will ask Congress for $8.6 billion dollars for border wall funding to finish 722 miles of border wall on the southwest border. The President’s aim is to combat drug trafficking and stop illegal immigration. According to officials, this will happen in a to-be-released budget for fiscal year 2020.
