The Mass Exodus From Twitter To Parler

We've had an interesting 2019 so far folks. We spent 66% of our time in "Facebook Jail" during the first quarter, and during that time we began spending quite a bit more time on Twitter.

While on Twitter this year, we've also had the unpleasant experience of being suspended and had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get our account back. Long story short, it's been a wild ride!

We're not alone in our experience either. In fact, many conservatives on social media have clearly been targeted for our political beliefs by these social media giants. It's only getting worse as we head into the 2020 election too. People are fed up!

We mentioned after our Twitter suspension that we were going to be heading over to a Twitter alternative called Gab. We did set that account up, and we post there, but that community is ridiculously small and there isn't an app for it. Not to mention that there are a LOT of white supremacists on there. I'm talking real racists too. Not the bull crap label the left puts on everyone. Let's just say it's not the Twitter or Facebook alternative we had hoped for.

Then we heard about Telegram from the folks at Infowars. Apparently those guys all headed over there after their suspensions. Still, other than those guys I haven't heard much about it.

Well, yesterday something changed. All of a sudden there was a mad push for people to go to yet another conservative alternative to Twitter and Facebook. It's called Parler, and the frenzy over it yesterday and today has been kind of exciting!

From their page:
Parler allows digital publishers, influencers, writers, politicians and citizens to engage in conversations and content in real time. The goal is to empower users to control their social experience and build trust within the online community.
My Twitter timeline for the last few days have been plastered with posts like this:

This inspired me to post a poll about it on my personal Twitter account. The response was very clearly in favor of Parler as the favorite alternative to Twitter and Facebook.

So what do you think about this? Are you going to make the move to Parler too? Let us know in the comments!

By the way, we're on Parler now too! Follow us @Mainwashed!
